I'm Jennifer Jakobsen — Business Therapist, and the person coaches and service providers come to when they've tried everything on the outside and something on the inside is still getting in the way.

I don't teach tactics. I don't hand you a content plan or a launch formula. I do something most business coaches aren't trained or willing to do — I go to the root.

The root of why you know exactly what action to take and still can't make yourself take it. The root of why your message keeps coming out vague no matter how many times you rewrite it. The root of why you feel solid and powerful when clients are coming in — and shaky, doubtful, and small when they're not.

That's the work. And it's the work that changes everything.

I know this because I've lived the version of entrepreneurship where you're doing all the right things on the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside. As a mom of three I know what it looks like to run a business, run a household, make high-stakes decisions daily, and still show up — even when the ground beneath you doesn't feel solid.

It wasn't until I stopped trying to fix the surface and started doing the deeper identity work that everything shifted. My confidence. My message. The clients I attracted. The way I moved in my business.

That shift is what I now create for the coaches and service providers I work with every single day.
