Hey! I’m Jennifer
Business Therapist and Mindset Coach for Female Entrepreneurs
HOW IT STARTED : MY STORY
Most business coaches will tell you that inconsistent income is a strategy problem. Post more. Niche down. Fix your offer.
I'm going to tell you something different. Something that actually gets to the root of it.
Your income is inconsistent because your confidence is. And that is not a coaching problem. That is a psychology problem. And it requires a completely different kind of solution.
That's exactly why I created Business Therapy™.
I'm a Licensed Therapist, a Certified Professional Integrative Coach, a business owner, and a mom of three girls. And the combination of those things is not an accident. It's the entire reason this work is different from anything else you've tried.
Here's my story.
I built my business with the clinical training, the certifications, and the genuine desire to help people. And I still found myself hesitating before I posted. Over-explaining my prices. Quietly wondering why the version of me that used to feel so certain had gone so quiet.
I knew my work was good. I just stopped believing it in the moments that mattered most.
That experience broke me open in the best possible way. Because it gave me something most coaches don't have — a firsthand understanding of what confidence collapse actually feels like from the inside, combined with the clinical tools to identify exactly what causes it and a proven methodology to rebuild it.That is what Business Therapy™ is. It's not mindset fluff. It's not a journaling prompt and a pep talk. It's a precise, structured process that identifies where your confidence fractured, maps the invisible behavioral loop your brain created in response, and walks you through exactly how to dismantle it so it stops costing you clients.
I work primarily with established coaches and service based entrepreneurs who are good at what they do, who have already built something real, and who know that what's getting in the way isn't their skills. It's the quiet erosion of their belief in those skills.
If you've been in a slow season, had a launch that shook you, or just noticed that something feels off in how you're showing up — you're in the right place.
Your clients can feel your certainty. They can also feel when it's gone.
Let's bring it back.
